Speaker: Dr. Mark Rutland Life and leadership challenges come at you fast. Learning when and how to flex is the key to success. In this session, you will see how “getting it right” is actually getting it wrong. As a great leader, you can never make everyone happy, but hopefully you can manage to understand people’s predispositions as well as your own. Upon completing this session, you will be able to: 1. Identify how “getting it right” is wrong. 2. Validate that the leader’s predisposition is real. 3. Validate that everyone else’s predisposition is just as real. 4. Reflect on how someone will always be angry at a great leader
