There is more to Chick-fil-A than one breaded chicken breast, two pieces of white bread, and two pickles. The "Chick-Fil-A Experience" entices customer loyalty and provides stellar customer service. What opportunities exist in the auction process and in your auction business to create that Chick-Fil-A-like experience? We’ll start with an exercise to identify new and innovative opportunities. And by the end, everyone will have participated in the design of a re-created auction business model patterned after the "Chick-Fil-A Experience."

Upon completing this session, you will be able to:
     1. Identify key elements to a successful business model
     2. Compare and contrast innovative business practices
     3. Demonstrate leadership traits in team-building and problem-solving
     4. Present a new auction business model focused on brand development
