Real Estate Sellers: How to Connect, Convince and Close the Deal!

Not all sellers are familiar with the auction method of selling real estate and can be skeptical about putting the sale of their property in the hands of an auctioneer. This session will help prepare you to have conversations with potential sellers about selling their real estate. Come and learn how to determine which types of sellers and properties are suitable for the auction method. You can also explore ideas to make the conversation more palatable to potential sellers.

1. Better recognize properties that are well suited for an auction.
2. Better recognize sellers that are well suited for an auction.
3. Explain how to discuss selling real estate at auction with potential sellers.
4. Compare the “do's and don'ts” from personal experiences of discussing and selling real estate.
