Conference & Show 2023 Speakers!
Thank you for being a part of this year’s C&S and helping to bring great professional and business content to the auction community! Your assigned Conference & Show Education Committee (CSEC) member or NAA staff will work with you to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted for your in-person session.
Please complete, date, sign, and submit the NEW C&S 2023 Volunteer Speaker Agreement to be eligible for speaker benefits. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Our Conference Education Program (in-person only this year) will consist of 30-minute "innovation" sessions, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions, and 90-minute and 2-hour workshops where the content requires more time for a deeper takeaway. You are welcome to explore the free, on-demand course, "Presenting for Impact," to aid you in developing your session content and presentation materials.
Most of the sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing later, so an education monitor will help to run microphones to capture audience questions and comments. This provides the best on-demand viewing quality for the recordings.

If you have not registered for the Conference and Show yet, please register before May 31, 2023.
As a volunteer speaker, you are eligible to receive a "one-day" appreciation discount off your registration fee! After your agreement and session worksheet are completed, you will be given a personal coupon tied to your account that will pop up in an online store window when you login to register. Follow the prompts to add the discount to your cart and your payment total will be reduced when you check out. This appreciation discount is non-transferrable and non-stackable.

BY MARCH 21: Add or update your Photo & Bio in your NAA Profile . We will use the photo and bio from your profile for the C&S event and other session promotion, so be sure they are up to date.
BY APRIL 4: Complete your Session Worksheet to be eligible for speaker benefits and to aid staff in finalizing your session description and learning objectives to promote your session.
BY JUNE 27: Submit your final session materials to NAA staff (instructions to upload files will be provided in June).
NOTE: once these files are submitted, no changes will be allowed after July 11, 2023.
