Welcome to the National Auctioneers Association Speaker Resource Center. This resource is designed to assist our education speakers with the development of their educational programs.

HYBRID Conference & Show 2022 Speakers!
Thank you for being a part of this year’s HYBRID C&S and helping to bring great professional and business content to the auction community! Your assigned Conference & Show Education Committee (CSEC) member or NAA staff will work with you to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted for your in-person, virtual, or simulcast (hybrid) session.

Volunteer Speaker Agreement

Please complete, date, sign, and submit the NEW C&S 2022 Volunteer Speaker Agreement to be eligible for speaker benefits. Please email education@auctioneers.org with any questions.

Session Formats and Templates

Our Virtual Conference Education Program will consist mostly of 60-minute sessions with a few 90-minute and 2-hour sessions where the content requires more time.

Most of the sessions will be “simulcast” sessions, where the session is delivered live to both an in-person and a virtual audience. As the speaker of a “simulcast” session, you will deliver your content either in the room or virtually and an education monitor will interact with you in the room on behalf of the in-person audience or virtual audience chat in the online viewing platform. This provides real-time engagement between the speaker and both the in-person and virtual audiences.

Register for Conference & Show

If you have not registered for the Conference and Show yet, please register before June 1, 2022.  If you have any questions about registration or the options with a hybrid conference, please email registrations@auctioneers.org.

Submit Your Session Forms and Materials

BY APRIL 15: Add or update your Photo & Bio in your NAA Profile. We will use the photo and bio from your profile for the hybrid C&S event and other session promotion, so be sure they are up to date. 

BY MAY 2: Complete your Session Worksheet to aid staff in finalizing your session description and learning objectives to promote your session and the event. 

BY JULY 5: Submit your final session materials. (Instructions coming soon.)
 
NOTE: once these files are submitted, no changes will be allowed after July 19, 2022.
