A Place to Learn and Grow
Designed for youth ages 12–18, NextGen Membership gives young people an early connection to the auction industry and the resources to start building their skills.
For just $10 per month, NextGen Members receive access to education through The Auction Institute®, special NextGen registration rates for the NAA Conference & Show, a printed subscription to The Auctioneer magazine and opportunities to learn from auction professionals across the country.

International Junior Auctioneer Championship
The International Junior Auctioneer Championship (IJAC) gives young people ages 12–18 the opportunity to develop their bid-calling skills, build confidence and compete on a national stage at the NAA Conference & Show.
IJAC is also recognized as a National FFA Endorsed Activity, creating another pathway for FFA members to experience the auction profession and put their communication and leadership skills into action.
